Celebration of our 10 year anniversary!!

Justin and I Went on a cruise to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. We headed to Long Beach California and went on a Carnival Cruise. We arrived just barely in time for the boat to leave.. We made it with 15 minutes to spare, all I can say is we should of flown in the day before instead of trying to do it all in one day. We sailed to Catalina Island and toured around a bit and shopped at the shops and enjoyed the little beach that they had there. We also went to Ensanada Mexico which was beautiful. We did an excursion which took us up to a famous blow hole where the ocean meets some rocks and forms a geyser, it was spectacular. The ocean was crystal blue and the beaches were beautiful. We enjoyed shopping and naming our own price for things, it was a lot of fun. We also spent a day at sea and Justin won first place in a mini golf tourneyment, which he won a trophey, we danced , did karaoke, enjoyed the free beverages ( non alcoholic of course), laughed at the comedy shows, played minute to win it, bingo, the newlywed game, ate way to much, just to name a few things, and enjoyed each other's company. We had an amazing time enjoying each other's company without the kids thanks to my inlaws. I am so thankful to my wonderful husband for putting up with me for as long as he has so far. Enjoy the pics!..

Feb. 1, 2011. This is us on our way to Catalina Island. We had to take a shuttle boat from the ship to the island.

This is us on Catalina Island. It was super cool with a lot of bungalow type homes. Mostly just shops and restaurants on the beach front. I found a restaurant called Katie's Kitchen.

Feb. 2, 2011 Here are some pictures of our day at sea. We were suppose to spend this day in Mexico but the winds were too high to pull into the port.

And here are the pictures of mexico. I have included some beautiful ocean shots, and the shot of the geyser behind Justin and I, and a picture of the market. One of the stores wanted to sell Justin the Kansas City Chief Poncho and he pressured him into trying it on. We never did buy it.
